Everything is done by hand with maximum care, using eco-friendly products and professional equipment. We offer both basic interior cleaning and full deep seat cleaning.

All services below are currently available at all three parking locations. You can order them directly during parking reservation or at reception.
Interior vacuuming and cleaning
Complete interior tidy-up — we vacuum floors, seats and trunk, clean plastics, wipe the dashboard and freshen the air. Ideal if you want your vehicle to feel clean and cared for again.
Vehicle cleaning after pets
Specialized removal of pet hair from upholstery and neutralization of pet odours. Perfect for dog and cat owners who want a clean and fresh car again.
Wet deep cleaning of seats
Intensive cleaning of textile seats using a professional extractor. Removes deep dirt, stains and odours that normal vacuuming cannot handle. Your interior looks refreshed again.
Cleaning packages — interior and exterior
We have prepared three packages. Standard is currently available. Komplex and Exclusive include body washing — that part is not yet offered, and prices are currently indicative for the future. Please ask reception for current availability.

You can order vehicle cleaning directly when booking parking — or at reception upon arrival. Just tell us what you need and we will handle the rest.

Questions about vehicle cleaning
Can I order cleaning directly when arriving at the parking lot?
Yes. Cleaning can be ordered at reception on arrival — simply tell us which service you want. However, we recommend booking in advance so we can guarantee availability and capacity, especially during peak travel season.
How does payment for cleaning work?
You can pay either in advance during online booking or by cash/card at reception upon arrival. Parking and add-on services are billed separately.
Do you remove pet hair and pet odours?
Yes, we offer a dedicated after-pet cleaning service (1,500 CZK). We remove hair from upholstery and neutralize odours using enzyme-based products. The result is a fresh, clean car without traces of your pets.
How often is deep seat cleaning recommended?
For normal use, we recommend deep cleaning once a year or every two seasons. If you regularly transport children, pets or work in demanding conditions, then twice a year is better. Ideal timing is the start or end of summer.
Do you offer exterior body washing?
Exterior body washing is currently not available. The Komplex and Exclusive packages that include it are temporarily paused. Please ask reception for the current status — we plan to launch this service in the future.
Can cleaning be combined with other services?
Yes. Interior cleaning can be ordered together with AC refill or PDR dent repair. Everything is done at once while you are away. If ordering multiple services, advance booking is recommended.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use eco-friendly products that are gentle both on the environment and on your car’s materials — upholstery, plastics and painted surfaces.
Can I drive away immediately after cleaning, or do I need to wait?
After basic interior cleaning and after-pet cleaning, you can leave immediately. After wet deep seat cleaning with an extractor, we recommend letting the seats dry for 2–3 hours before a longer drive. We will tell you the exact condition when handing over the vehicle.
