Parking with us for the first time and want to know what to expect? On this page you'll find everything from booking to getting home. Clear, step by step, no fluff.
From booking to return 6 easy steps
The entire parking process at Václav Havel Airport is designed to save you as much time as possible. Just book online, arrive, hop in the minibus and fly.
Book online
Fill in the form at fixparking.cz with your arrival and departure dates and the number of passengers (including children's ages). No deposit required you pay on arrival.
Confirmation within 12 hours
After booking you'll receive a confirmation email with the car park address, contact number and detailed arrival instructions. If we're full we'll suggest an alternative.
Arrive at least 3 hours before your flight
We recommend arriving at least 3 hours before departure. You'll park, load your bags into the minibus, and we'll take you straight to the terminal in 8–15 minutes.
Pay on arrival
Parking is paid on arrival or departure cash or card. You pay exactly for the time parked according to the current price list. No hidden charges, no holiday or night surcharges.
Land and call us
After landing call the pickup number (+420 737 655 707) from your confirmation email. We'll meet you at the designated pickup zone not at the terminal entrance.
Back to your car and home
We'll drive you back to the car park. Your car will be exactly where you left it safe and sound. Get in and drive. No queues, no mystery fees.
Our air-conditioned minibus will take you to the terminal in 8–15 minutes.

What you need to know before arriving
To accept your vehicle and ensure a smooth transfer, FixParking has a few basic rules. Please read them before you arrive.
Vehicle limits
Maximum weight 3.5 t
We accept passenger cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. Heavier vehicles unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Length up to 5 m, height up to 2.2 m
Vehicle length must not exceed 5 metres and height 2.2 metres. If unsure measure before you leave.
Vehicle must be roadworthy
We only accept vehicles in standard technical condition no serious faults or fluid leaks.
A vehicle that is not roadworthy cannot be accepted. If a fault appears on site we'll help you contact roadside assistance but responsibility for the vehicle's condition always lies with the owner.
Luggage rules for the shuttle
We can carry one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person matching the standard limits of most airlines.

Shuttle rules
One booking = shuttle there and back
Every booking includes one shuttle to the airport and one return. No other routes or stops are part of the service.
Extra shuttle 300 CZK
If you need an extra shuttle (e.g. for part of a group arriving separately) it's possible for 300 CZK per trip arrange in advance.
Parking without shuttle
Just want to park and get to the airport another way? No problem let us know in advance.
Number of passengers
Our minibuses have limited capacity. Always state the exact number of passengers including children. For large groups please contact us in advance.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the planned start of parking. Please cancel by email in reply to your booking confirmation.
Why by email? We need written confirmation for our records cancellations by phone are not accepted.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start or no-show without notice may incur an admin fee. Terms & Conditions.
CCTV and GDPR
The entire car park is monitored around the clock by a CCTV system. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 14 days and then automatically deleted.
You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data contact us at info@fixparking.cz.
Note: Parking is a paid parking service, not a storage facility. We recommend not leaving valuables or documents in your car.
Think something's wrong with your car?
We recommend photographing your car on arrival and departure especially the bodywork and wheels. For claims contact us by email at info@fixparking.cz as soon as possible with photos attached.
We'll investigate and respond within 5 working days.

How does booking work?
Fill in the form at fixparking.cz with your dates, number of passengers and children's ages. No deposit required. You'll receive a confirmation email within 12 hours.
How long until I get a confirmation?
Within 12 hours. If you book late at night it may arrive in the morning. If it hasn't arrived, check your SPAM folder or email us at info@fixparking.cz.
What if you're full?
We'll contact you straight away and suggest an alternative our partner car parks PRG Parking or Host Parking.
Can I book by phone?
Yes, on +420 731 775 775. But online booking is faster we recommend it as the first option.
How early should I arrive before my flight?
At least 3 hours before departure. You need time to park, take the shuttle (8–15 min) and go through security at the airport.
Where exactly should I stop on arrival?
The car park address is Do Blatin 373, Praha 5 – Zličín. Enter it directly into your sat-nav. Detailed instructions are also in your confirmation email.
How does the pickup after landing work?
After landing call +420 737 655 707. We'll meet you at the designated pickup zone at your terminal don't wait at the terminal entrance.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track flight delays and will adapt. Call us to be safe. A delay is not a reason for an extra charge.
Where exactly does the shuttle take me?
Only between the FixParking car park and the designated zone at the terminal. No other routes or stops are included.
How much does parking cost and how do I pay?
Current prices are on the pricing page. You pay on arrival or departure cash or card. No advance payment needed.
Are there hidden fees?
No. You pay exactly what the price list shows. No surcharges for nights, holidays or anything else. Shuttle both ways is always included.
Can I park without the shuttle?
Yes. Let us know when booking that you don't need the shuttle and we'll agree an appropriate price.
How much does an extra shuttle cost?
Every booking includes one shuttle there and back. An extra trip is 300 CZK arrange it in advance.
Can I extend my parking?
Yes. Call us and we'll arrange an extension. You'll pay the extra amount when you collect your car.
What vehicles do you accept?
Passenger cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 t, length up to 5 m and height up to 2.2 m. Vehicle must be roadworthy.
How much luggage can I take on the shuttle?
Per person: one large suitcase (max 81×55×35 cm, up to 20 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (max 55×40×20 cm). Let us know about oversized items in advance.
I'm travelling with children do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. State the children's ages when booking and we'll prepare the right seats.
How do I cancel my booking?
By email in reply to your booking confirmation. Free cancellation at least 24 hours before parking starts.
Can I change the date or time?
Yes. Contact us as soon as you know about the change. In peak season do it immediately.
Is the car park really monitored?
Yes. A fenced site with a barrier system and round-the-clock CCTV. Recordings kept for 14 days.
How long do you keep CCTV recordings?
A maximum of 14 days, then automatically deleted. Processing in accordance with GDPR.
Are you liable for damage to vehicles?
Parking is a paid service, not a storage facility. Don't leave valuables in your car. If there's damage contact us immediately.
I noticed damage to my car what should I do?
Email info@fixparking.cz as soon as possible with photos. We'll check the recordings and respond within 5 working days. That's why we recommend photographing your car on arrival and departure.
What if my car won't start?
Contact our team immediately. We'll help call roadside assistance. Mechanical faults are outside our liability.
I can't get through by phone after landing?
Try the backup number +420 731 775 775 or SMS / WhatsApp. If all else fails go to the pickup zone at the terminal. We're available 24/7.
